At AquaePura, we are dedicated to providing products that keep you warm and comfortable. We stand by the quality of our items and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied after 14 days and within our 30-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at hello@aquaepura.com
Cancellation Policy
Please note that changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have already entered the processing phase, making changes or cancellations difficult. If you successfully cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We believe in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days. If you are not satisfied and wish to return your item, you may do so within the 30-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or emailing us at hello@aquaepura.com. To expedite your request, include your Order Number or the Name and E-Mail Address used when placing the order.
Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure that your products arrive safely. Items are considered damaged if they are defective or broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes with intact products, does not qualify as damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at hello@aquaepura.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your case and determine eligibility for a free replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, such as courier issues, customs, or other shipping complications. For any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If we are not informed of an incorrect address within 24 hours of placing your order, a resend or refund will not be issued.
