Shipping Information for AquaePura

At AquaePura, we are proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time of your package refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Note: During peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. If your order is being shipped internationally, customs delays may occur and could extend the overall delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Ensuring accurate and complete shipping details at checkout is the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system detects an address issue, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days for verification. If there is no response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@aquaepura.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery

We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or transportation issues, may cause delays. In such cases, we will work with the courier to expedite delivery.

Additional issues, such as product availability, address verification problems, or payment processing delays, may also affect shipment. We will notify you promptly if any issue arises that might delay your order.

Please note: AquaePura is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will keep you updated on your order status and assist in resolving any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages. Once your package is handed to the courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@aquaepura.com, and we will assist you.

We recommend reaching out directly to the courier to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require information from you. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to provide updates.

Note: AquaePura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not offer refunds for these incidents. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. If necessary, filing a police report is advised.
